We do realize that our fees are an added expense to your business and it is our goal to give you the absolute best candidates, service and value in our industry.

Our fee is 25% of first year base salary, sign on bonuses, and any guaranteed bonus to be paid during the first twelve months of employment. All candidate travel will be paid for by the client company. Any out of the ordinary expense related to the interviewing process, such as video conferencing, will be paid by client company. All such expenses would be pre-approved by the client representative.

All fees are due and payable within 30 days of candidate start date. SPECIALTY RETAIL RECRUITERS has a 100% guarantee. If for any reason our candidate fails to complete 6 months of employment with client company, SPECIALTY RETAIL RECRUITERS will conduct a replacement search at no charge.
